Under work items technical elements are defined, which are necessary for the communication between SAP and the ITSM system.
Currently the following work items are defined:

GET | Search for Issues | That work item defines the popup to select a ticket when creating or releasing a transport request. Additional fields can be added and the position of the fields can be defined here.

UPD | Update Issue | With that workitem the SmartChange Panel will be updated. The prerequisite is that SAP Transport Integration for JiraApp is installed in Jira. |
