1. Technical requirements

   1. Minimal Smartchange release >= Service Pack 3 Hotfix 1 (v.5.3.1.0)

   2. External access to the SAP system of the TM controller (via web dispatcher or gateway service) and the corresponding port release in the firewall. Please ask your network admin.

   3. Configure SAP Gateway and register SmartChange OData web services

2. Quick Guide

   1. Open Link to mobile app in azure cloud: https://realtech-smart-change-approval.azurewebsites.net

   2. Enter connection data to TM server system and click ‘Login’.

      Enter SAP login data in the upcoming popup and click ‘Login’.

   4. 

      Enter the app and select desired Transport Level where you want to approve transport requests or packages.

      In the next screen you can decide which kind of approval you want to give (content or technical).

   6. By clicking one of those options you will get the list of transport requests or packages to approve.

   7. You will see transport number, reference time stamp, short description, TM project and destination, and transport owner. Also, on the right side you will see different icons for the quality aspects such as collisions, etc.

   8. To approve a transport request or package simply click and hold it and move your mouse to the right side.

      If quality aspects are to be considered, you will get details in the next screen where you can check them and approve if desired.

       To cancel the approval process simply click the ‘back’ button.

   11. If the transport or packagee was approved successfully you will get a confirmation message.
