SAP Transport Integration for Jira – REALTECH Features
The REALTECH Features page controls which SmartChange capabilities are active in your Jira instance – enable or disable each feature using the toggle, and fine-tune it with the Configure... button.
Prerequisites
The TM Controller must be configured first – see TM Controller Configuration (coming soon)
SAP Systems must be configured in REALTECH Settings
Navigate to the Features page via REALTECH SmartChange → Features in the Jira Space settings
Features are configured at Space level – each Space can have its own feature configuration
Important: two things must be in place for a feature to work
The feature must be enabled using the toggle on the Features page
The Jira issue statuses for which the feature is available must be configured in Status Configuration
A feature that is toggled on but has no statuses configured will never become active.

✔️ Approval | Approve or revoke transport requests as part of your change management process. Supports mass approval/revokal and individual approval/revokal (per transport via the ⋯ menu). Includes optional simulation checks. | OPTIONAL |
