Why are the transport files (data, cofiles) not distributed?

Problem

After the content and technical approval has been granted, the transport request is added to the system queue, but cofiles and data files are not copied to the transport directory.

The error message "Add to buffer failed" is dropped during the import.

Cause

The systems are assigned to the same transport group in Transport Management, but use different transport directories.

Solution

In the menu item "Systems and Groups" of the Transport Management, a group must be created for each transport directory, and the systems must be assigned to them.

Transport Management copies the transport files in the background if the systems are assigned to different groups.
