Change the package size for the IQ Lib collective run

When collecting the IQ LIB data, the size of the data to be collected can be controlled via the packet size. The package size determines how many transport orders are read in a collective run and transferred to the SmartChange controller.

 

Step by Step

  1. Execute transaction SM30

  2. Open table / View / RTC / LIB_D_CFG for editing

  3. Enter the package size for the respective system.

Determine the package size

  1. When collecting the IQ LIB data, we recommend that the size of the data to be transferred to the SmartChange Controller is not selected too high, as this can lead to a dump or timeout.

  2. Recommended package size: 25

Enter the package size for the systems

  • The packet size can be determined globally for several systems

  • The packet size can be explicitly entered for individual systems via the SID

  • It is usually sufficient if the packet size is defined globally for all systems. A definition for a certain system is only necessary if there are problems with collecting in the respective system.
