How to provide SmartChange information for a bug report

If you report a SmartChange bug, please provide us the following system information.

  1. Exact SmartChange version.

    1. Go to transaction /RTC/TM and click TM - Help → System info

    2. Make a screenshot of the System info screen and attach it to the bug report

  2. Result of general system check

    1. Go to transaction /RTC/TM and click Systems and Groups → Select all real systems:

    2. Click the check icon → General Check to perform a general system check:

    3. Make a print screen of the results and attach it to the bug report

  3. Placeholder
