How to adjust REALTECH objects in SPAU and SPAU_ENH

Issue

During SPAU and SPAU_ENH there are some REALTECH objects to be adjusted.

Solution

Here are the recommended adjustments for /RTC/ objects during upgrades:

Composite Enhancement Implementation:

·         /RTC/CEHI_COM_COL SmartChange: Central Object Locking

o   /RTC/EHI_COM_COL_UPDATE SmartChange COL: Update

o   /RTC/EHI_COM_COL_CHECK SmartChange COL: Check

·         /RTC/CEHI_CP_CREATE_REQUEST Smarthange Change Process Management: Create Request

o   /RTC/EHI_CP_CREATE_REQ_AFTER SmartChange CPM: After Create Request

·         /RTC/TM_IF_CEHI_CTS_REQUEST TM Integration Framework: Transport Request Enhancements

o   /RTC/TM_IF_EHI_CREATE_TR_AFTER TM Integration Framework: CreateTransport Request

 

Enhancement Implementations:

·         /RTC/EHI_SC_TM_SL_SAP_CREA_REQ SmartChange TM: Request Creation

·         /RTC/EHI_TM_CP_CUSTOM_CHK_VFTP SmartChange CPM: VirtualForge Transport Profiler

 

 

Green- SAP has adjusted the code successfully.
You see green light when SAP adjusts/changes the code "Before an Enhancement Implementation Element".
It expects you to validate the enhancement and confirm the adjustment.

 

Blue- SAP may or may have not changed any code in this module. In case if SAP had adjusted/changed code in this module, then it should be "After an Enhancement Implementation Element".

For the /RTC/EHI_COM_COL* enhancements you can confirm the adjustment.

 

Orange- SAP did successfully adjust the code but it needs us to take care of additional steps manually to complete this process.

The /RTC/EHI_TM_CP_CUSTOM_CHK_VFTP is an obsolete entry and should be adjusted by deleting the implementation.
