  2. Quick Guide

    1. Open Link to mobile app in assure cloud.

    2. Enter connection data to TM server system and click ‘Login’.

    3. Enter SAP login data in the upcoming popup and click ‘Login’.

    4. Enter the app and select desired Transport Level where you want to approve transport requests or packages.

    5. In the next screen you can deside which kind of approval you want to give (content or technical).

    7. By clicking one of those opttions you will get the list of transport requests or packages to approve.

    8. You will see transport number, reference time stamp, short descrition, and TM project and destination. Also on the right side you will see different icons for the quality aspects such as collisions, etc.

    9. To approve a transport request or package simply click and hold it and move your mouse to the right side.

    10. If quality aspects are to be considered you will get details in the next screen where you can check them and approve if sesired.

    11. To cancel the approval process simply click the ‘back’ button.

    12. If the transport or packagee was approved successfully you will get a confirmation message.
