Update ServiceNow on status change

With this new feature, ServiceNow App - SmartChange tab is updated at the transport request status switch in TM Workflow, if a ServiceNow incident has been assigned to the transport request.

A corresponding configuration entry has been added to the TEMPLATE_ SNOW_INCIDENT in TM Integration Framework cockpit > TM Workflow step configuration:

Check for custom Special Aspects at runtime at approval

At the approval step, the special aspects check is done only if the transport request was found previously at release or add to TM action special aspects on the transport request.

If at least one custom special aspects check was added and is active then the check for special aspects will be done at approval step for all selected transport requests.

Display reason why Systems and Groups was locked by administrator

With this new feature, a reason must be maintained when a system lock is set. This reason can be displayed by right-clicking on the system, 'Display locked reason'. If multiple systems have been selected, the input text box is shown only once and applies the info for all selected systems.
