Technical requirements

  1. Minimal Smartchange release >= Service Pack 3 Hotfix 1 (v.5.3.1.0)

  2. External access to the SAP system of the TM controller (via web dispatcher or gateway service) and the corresponding port release in the firewall. Please ask your network admin.

  3. Maintenance of the HTTP-Whitelist

    The service REALTECH-SMART-CHANGE-APPROVAL.AZUREWEBSITES.NET has to be added to the whiteliste in the SmartChange controller.

    1. Managing HTTP Whitelist
      If you use an HTTP whitelist, only HTTP calls from URLs in this list are accepted by the system. You can call this function from the UCON Cockpit (transaction UCONCOCKPIT).

      Before SAP NW Release 7.51 SP00, it was only possible to edit the HTTP whitelist using the database table HTTP_WHITELIST.

  4. Configure SAP Gateway and register SmartChange OData web services
