Activate TM Integration Framework

Transaction /RTC/TM_IF_CONFIG

To activate the TM Integration Framework go to the "Global activation settings" via transaction /RTC/TM_IF_CONFIG.

The following entries are necessary to activate the TM Integration Framework.

Name of TR attribute for storing the ITSM server ID	ZRTC_TM_ITSM_ID The SAP attribute is delivered with the SmartChange Repository. It is also possible to use other SAP attributes to store the technical ITSM server ID defined in the system configuration.
