In the action step you can assign defined work items can be assigned to actions of Transport Management.
The action is executed if the flag in the "Inactive" column is not active.
The action can be restricted to level or/and project or/and level

Popup to assign ticket (GET)
Action “Creation of a request”
The pop-up for assigning the transport request to a ticket can be assigned to the action "Creation of a request".
The column Mode allows to show popup optional selecting “Assign Optional” or to show mandatory selecting “Assign Mandatory”
The field Filter Query can be used to specify which tickets are allowed to assign to transport requests. Multiple commandos can be linked with each other with AND/OR.
JIRA Software specific filter
project.property[devSystems].content ~ "{SYSID}_{MANDT}"
Can be used with Jira
This command selects only the projects from Jira for which the development system is allowed in which the popup is displayed.
issue.property[tmFilter_CREATION].content ~ "true"
Can be used with Jira
With this command the defined TM Workflow Filter settings for the action "CREATE" in Jira are considered.
assignee = {EMAIL}
Can be used with Jira
Only own tickets are displayed. The comparison is based on the email address of the SAP user and the user stored as assignee in Jira.

can be used for assignment with Incidents

Release and export of a request
In addition to “Creation of a request” the pop-up for assigning the transport request to a ticket can also be assigned to the action “Release and export of a request”.
If both possibilities “Creation of a request” and “Release and export of a request” are configured, then the pop-up will be only displayed if no ITSM ticket has yet been assigned. If already an assignment has been made when creating a transport request, the pop-up will not be displayed again.

Update SmartChange Panel
The SmartChange panel can be updated with the following action:
Approval of a request
Update on the content and technical approval
Deletion of a modifiable request from SAP system
Update on deletion of modifiable request
Import of a request
Update on Import of a request
Link external transport
Update on add of external transport requests to TM Workfow Monitor
Release and export of a request
Update on release of a transport request
Status switch of a request of TM WF Monitor
Update when changing the status via the Status Switcher Report or when changing it manually in the TM Workflow Monitor.
