/RTC/TM_IF_CONFIG – Configuration cockpit

This transaction code is the main entry point for the configuration of the Integration framework on the SAP side.

It must be run on the TM Server.

/RTC/TM_IF_MONITOR – Integration Framework Monitor and Recall

Should always be run on the TM Server.

Update web calls of an external ITSM which have finished with error are saved here. The user can manually perform a recall or the report can be scheduled to run in the background periodically.

Should always be run on the TM Server.

All web calls to an external ITSM are logged for audit purposes.
