How to avoid long-running jobs starting with TM_RF_SCAN_EXPORT or /RTC/R_LIB?

Issue

After releasing transport requests, there are jobs like TM_RF_SCAN_EXPORT_SIDK9xxxxx or /RTC/R_LIB_RF_JOB_EXPORT_SCAN running too long.

Solution

  1. To reduce the complexity and increase the performance of the Return Code Forecast, you can decrease the values for scan and compare depth (e.g., set to 1) and exclude SAP objects from the analysis.

  2. On the TM server, you can also go to the table /RTC/LIB_D_CFG and set the value 5 at MAX_REQ_PACKAGE.
