Define TM attribute for ITSM number
For our standard configuration, we create a TM attribute to represent ITSM ticket information.
Browse to SmartChange, Configuration and clock on ProjectManager.
Click No.
Browse to Attributes, Definition and click TM-Attributes.
Enter parameters and click save.
Rightclick TM-Attribute and select Assign TM-Attribute.
Select the previously created TM attribute.
The TM attribute has been successfully assigned to the project/ destination.
Assign the TM attribute to all relevant project/ destination pairs.
Click save and confirm.
