How to use the REALTECH Service Desk

 

Here we describe all the important functions that you should know about in the new service desk.

 

How to reset your password?

  1. Use the link to go to the new service desk page

 

2. Here use the “log in” button

3. Now enter your E-Mail adress and click the button next.



4. At least you have to click on “ Forgot your password” and the reset password link will be send to your mailadress.

For changing your known password please log in with your known credentials and click your profile.

Here you find the button “change password”.


How can you see all the tickets of your company

  1. Please log in as normal

 

2. Here you can see an your startscreen the button Requests.

 

3. In the request screen you find at first all requests created by your self and underneath all the companies your user is connected to ( normaly one company). Click to the company and all created request will be shown.

You can see all of your company's tickets without additional activation. Regardless of whether you or a colleague opened it.


How can your colleague see your tickets?

 

  1. Please log in and go to the Request Screen

2. Here choose created by me to see all your requests

3. select one request you want to share with your colleague

 

4. You can now see the option “share”. Here you can link your colleague via mail adress.
